About

Kathryn Elliott, Ph.D. – rational intuitive, practical idealist, strategic dreamer.

A life-long learner, I’ve been on a path to discover my creative and spiritual self for the past 25+ years. In the process, I dispelled a deep-seated belief that I wasn’t creative and imbibed and then discarded a whole ream of mistaken ideas about what it meant to “be spiritual.” My quests have brought me to focus on two interconnected areas. The first is fostering greater communication between my conscious mind and my emergent consciousness and evolutionary self. The second is focused on partnering potential – exploring the practices that foster discovery and actualization of our abilities, gifts, and talents.

My journey of self discovery led me to earn a Ph.D. in engineering only to discover that I had no passion to use my analytical and research talents in that discipline. Six months after earning my degree, I enrolled in a clairvoyant training program and began a new journey of exploring my intuitive gifts. In this program I learned to read the inner worlds of myself and others, and awaken to a whole new way of seeing and perceiving. I was introduced to the idea of “You have your own information,” a concept whose meaning continues to evolve for me.

My process of exploration continues today as I develop, teach, and write about practices that support discovery and activation of one’s own energetic abilities and wisdom. Some of the areas I’m actively working to develop include:

My work and play approach creativity as a birthright that belongs to us all, and that life is a series of quests to unfold our spiritual and creative talents. Energy at Play draws from many diverse fields, wisdom traditions, and methods of learning and discovery, including:

I am an enthusiastic advocate of the blending of diverse practices and disciplines that support the full integration of oneself – whatever works to make a person whole and in the process, help make the world whole.
